TWISTED

The San Diego Pretzel Co. has rolled out its newest product, a Bavarian-style softy called the Twisted Traditional. Company prez Harris Golden spent 13 years formulating this mammoth, chewy, salt-speckled snack, which is best served warm and would be a nice canvas for spicy mustard or some interesting dipping sauce. A bag of eight hand-rolled pretzels is $16 at Stumps Market in Point Loma, Whole Foods-Hillcrest and Village Market in Rancho Santa Fe. They can also be shipped anywhere in the United States except Hawaii and Alaska. Visit sandiegopretzel.com or call (619) 336-0500.
