Super Seedy Soft Bavarian Pretzels

Ingredients: 8 - 16 servings

1 tablespoon pretzel salt

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons poppy seeds

2 tablespoons dried onion flakes

2 tablespoons anise seeds

8 – 5.5 oz. San Diego Pretzel Co. Soft Bavarian Pretzels

4 egg whites

Method: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix the first 5 ingredients together to make the seed mixture.  Place pretzels on a baking pan, brush with egg whites, and sprinkle with the prepared seed mixture.   Bake in a 400 degree oven for 4 minutes until seeds are golden brown.
