Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato on a Toasted Philadelphia Pretzel
Ingredients: 1 sandwich 1 San Diego Pretzel Co. Philadelphia Pretzel Mayonnaise 4 pieces thick sliced cooked bacon 1 ripe sliced ripe tomato 1 cup baby mixed baby salad greens
Method: Slice pretzel in half. Toast the pretzel in a toaster oven or in a broiler. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of both pieces of pretzel. Lay bacon on the bottom piece of pretzel. Cover with tomato and lettuce. Place top of pretzel on heap, and serve. |
