Sliced Turkey Breast with Mango Peach Salsa and Honey Mustard

on a Sesame Seeded Pretzel Roll

Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Sandwich:  1 sandwich

1 San Diego Pretzel Co.  6 inch pretzel roll

Sesame seeds

2/3 cup Chachie’s mango peach salsa  (can be purchased at Smart & Final)

5 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast

Fresh cilantro sprigs

¼ cup Honey Mustard (see next recipe)

 

Method:  Slice pretzel roll in half.  Spray water over the top of the roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds.  Toast the roll halves in a toaster oven or in a broiler.  Spread the bottom of the roll with salsa, layer with turkey breast, and top with cilantro sprigs.  Spread the top half of the roll with honey mustard, close sandwich, and serve.

 

Ingredients for Honey Mustard :  1 ½ cups

¾ cup Dijon mustard

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup citrus honey

Method:  Place all three ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wire whisk until thoroughly blended.  Refrigerate remaining mustard.
