Pretzel Croutons for Soup or Salad Ingredients : 4 portions 1 – 5.5 oz San Diego Pretzel Co. Bavarian pretzels. 2 olive oil 2 cloves chopped garlic 1/4 teaspoon pretzel salt 2 tablespoons chopped dill Any Soup or salad (photo used chicken soup)
Method: Cut pretzels into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil In a large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and salt stir, and add pretzel pieces. Flipping the pan or stirring, continue to cook until pretzel pieces are golden brown. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped dill. Top soup or salad with pretzel croutons just before serving. |
